NRL Round 20 Predictions 2023. In this video I will go over all the games for round 20 of the 2023 NRL season.
Tigers Vs Knights
Newcastle Knights: The Newcastle Knights have made one change to their lineup for the upcoming match. Centre Dane Gagai, who was previously sidelined with a foot injury, will be returning to the team. Enari Tuala, on the other hand, will be the player stepping out of the starting lineup. Bradman Best and Jacob Saifiti, who represented the New South Wales Blues in Origin III, will have 48 hours to recover before the game.
Wests Tigers: The Wests Tigers have received a significant boost as hooker Api Koroisau makes his comeback after recovering from a broken jaw he sustained in Round 15 against the Titans. With Koroisau’s return, Jake Simpkin moves to the bench. Alex Twal, who was serving a suspension, also returns to the team as a bench player.
Bulldogs vs Broncos
Bulldogs: In the Bulldogs’ lineup, Josh Addo-Carr is named to play following his participation in Origin III. However, this does not come at the expense of rookie winger Blake Wilson, who retains his spot after an impressive performance last week, where he scored three tries. As a result, Jacob Kiraz moves to the centre position, displacing Ethan Quai-Ward from the 17-man squad after making his
Broncos: The Broncos have listed Pat Carrigan, their forward leader, among the reserves. He will have Thursday and Friday to recover from the physical demands of Origin III, should the team decide to include him in the lineup.
Cowboys Vs sea Eagles
Sea Eagles: The Sea Eagles will closely monitor the condition of their captain, Daly Cherry-Evans, and star forward, Jake Trbojevic, following their involvement in Origin III. In the event that Cherry-Evans requires rest, Jake Arthur is prepared to step up and take his place, while Josh Aloiai is a potential addition to the starting pack.
Cowboys: Coach Todd Payten has decided to maintain an unchanged lineup of 17 players who displayed an impressive performance and scored 74 points against the Wests Tigers before the bye.
Rooster Vs Storm
Roosters: The Roosters will see the return of several key players in Round 20, which is a welcomed development for coach Trent Robinson. The notable inclusion is Kiwi Test hooker Brandon Smith, who has recovered from a thumb injury and made his return in the reserve grade last week. Additionally, hooker Jake Turpin and forward Egan Butcher are back in action after overcoming head knocks.
Storm: Following the mandatory stand down during the bye week, Will Warbrick is set to make his return for the Storm after recovering from a head knock suffered in Round 18. Maroons stars Harry Grant, Xavier Coates, and Cameron Munster have been named to back up just 72 hours after participating in Origin III.
Warriors Vs Sharks
Warriors: The Warriors will have their attention on Shaun Johnson as he awaits the arrival of his second child, which is expected to happen this week. As a result, Johnson’s availability as the team’s No. 7 is uncertain. Dylan Walker has been named in the lineup despite sustaining an arm injury in the previous game against the Rabbitohs.
Sharks: Coach Craig Fitzgibbon has decided to maintain the same 17 players who secured a victory against the Wests Tigers in Round 19. Prop Braden Hamlin-Uele, who has been dealing with rib issues, is listed among the reserves and could potentially make a return.
Dolphins Vs Panthers
Dolphins: The Dolphins welcome back Felise Kaufusi, who has recovered from a concussion, and he will take his place in the second row. As a result, Kenny Bromwich moves up to the prop position, while Mark Nicholls moves to the bench. Josh Kerr, meanwhile, has been designated as the 18th Man. Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow is named to back up from Origin and will feature in the centres, while Kodi Nikorima retains the fullback role.
Panthers: The Panthers have a significant name in their extended squad, with Nathan Cleary listed as No. 24 as he edges closer to a return from a hamstring injury. The New South Wales Blues representatives, Isaah Yeo, Liam Martin, Stephen Crichton, and Brian To’o, are all set to back up after their participation in Origin III.
Eels Vs Titans
Eels: Coach Brad Arthur has named all three of his Origin representatives to play in the upcoming match. Captain Clint Gutherson returns to his position at fullback, which means Sean Russell, who filled in for him last week, moves to the wing. Ofahiki Ogden, who started at prop against the Warriors, reverts to the role of 18th Man.
Titans: The Titans have named their Maroons forwards Tino Fa’asuamaleaui, Moeaki Fotuaika, and David Fifita to back up from Origin III. Fullback AJ Brimson’s inclusion in the lineup means Jayden Campbell moves to the bench.
