WA considers ban on Crown high rollers

High rollers could be banned from Perth’s only casino ahead of a major inquiry into Crown Resorts holdings in Western Australia.

The state’s gaming commission will consider extending restrictions on junket operators to premium gamblers.

The McGowan government ordered a special investigation after evidence of money laundering and links to organised crime.

Victoria and New South Wales are separately attempting to determine whether Crown is suitable to hold a licence.
