As you can see the house games clearly aren’t 1% house edge even though that’s what they are being advertised as. You go and tell the Live support this and they send you an automated response about “Provably fair” which is just straight up Bs. Anyone with common sense knows that Provably fair is just to see how the result is made, that doesn’t mean it isn’t rigged.

A lot of you will say “its just a bad run” but if you watch my streams you know this is just more then a bad run, every time i play it the result is the same and its constant losses. They don’t run any safe gambling tools apart from self exclusion to the Non High Rollers/ Casual Players and this is just scummy because they know they will lose money if they do. I’ve asked multiple times for them to ban me from house games as I have a really bad addiction to them but they always use the same Bs excuse of “our development team is looking it” they’ve been looking into it for 5 months now. It’s a poor excuse of a casino and they love to rob from the little guys
