As day four of our Las Vegas adventure unfolded, excitement bubbled up in the air. We had a day packed with unforgettable experiences—kicking off with a ride on the High Roller, followed by the electrifying Tournament of Kings, and concluding at the magnificent Wynn hotel. Buckle up; this day was one for the books!
Riding the High Roller
We began our day with a visit to the High Roller, the world’s tallest observation wheel. Standing at a towering 550 feet, it offers unparalleled views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountains. Arriving at the LINQ Promenade, we could feel the energy of the city pulsating around us. After a short wait, we boarded one of the spacious capsules, which can accommodate up to 40 people. As we lifted off the ground, the gradual ascent allowed us to soak in the panoramic views of the glitzy cityscape.
The breathtaking sights didn’t disappoint. From the iconic Caesars Palace to the sprawling desert horizon, every angle was Instagram-worthy. We made sure to snap plenty of photos as we reached the top and took in the 360-degree vistas. The ride lasted about 30 minutes, giving us ample time to soak in the adrenaline and excitement of being so high above the ground.
Tournament of Kings
After our exhilarating ride, we made our way to Excalibur for the Tournament of Kings. This dinner show is a must-see for anyone looking to experience a medieval-themed spectacle. Decked out in royal attire, audience members are treated to a show that marries a tasty meal with thrilling jousting, sword fights, and a captivating storyline.
As we entered the grand arena, the atmosphere was electric. The scents of roasted meats filled the air, and we were quickly assimilated into the show’s medieval theme, with our hands full of food instead of silverware. The knights, adorned in gleaming armor, took to the arena on horseback for an epic competition. Each knight represented a different country, offering spirited performances that had the crowd cheering.
The combination of tasty food and thrilling entertainment made for an unforgettable experience. The roaring cheers, the clanks of swords, and the excitement in the air transported us back to a different time, making it one of the highlights of our trip.
A Stroll Through the Wynn Hotel
After the tournaments, we shifted gears and headed to the Wynn hotel. Renowned for its opulence and lush ambiance, the Wynn is a masterpiece in itself. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were enveloped in luxury. The lobby’s floral displays and artwork set an impressive tone, making it the perfect place for a leisurely stroll.

As night began to fall, we found ourselves enchanted by the beauty around us, grabbing a cocktail at one of the hotel’s chic bars. The ambiance was serene, offering a welcome contrast to the vibrant energy we experienced earlier in the day.
