For more than two decades, an illegal gambling casino flourished in Arlington, Texas. TheTop O’ Hill Terrace earned millions of dollars in the 1930s and 1940s with poker, slots, craps and roulette, a good story in itself, but there’s also a bizarre twist: The site of the casino today is something completely different…the home of Arlington Baptist University.
