Grand Burstin Hotel, Folkestone – Britain's "worst hotel"

This video is part history documentary and part hotel review, of the now infamous Grand Burstin Hotel in Folkestone, Kent, UK.
After 1300 ‘terrible’ reviews and several high profile scandals – Trip Advisor and the British media have labeled the Grand Burstin as ‘the worst hotel in the UK’.
But how fair and accurate is that description? I decided to find out for myself, researching the history of the hotel starting in the 1800s to the present day to give some context, and then spending 24 hours as one of its guests actually in the hotel. This is what found………
