Catching a "trend" to win at craps. Possible?

I lost $50,000 in a live practice session recently … here, we take a second look at the rolls (in summary) to see what trends were there. Not necessarily to use hindsight, but rather what I want to do is to look at those outcomes and see if there were some clusters in there, and if so, how could different betting patterns have caught them better … and then we’ll apply those learnings to future strategy builds.

Let’s define some things before we start. First of all, trends. Trends happen, but they’re impossible to predict, especially in the moment. The dice have no memory and future rolls are not influenced at all by what has happened in the past.

So, we use the word “Trend” or the phrase “Catch a trend” because it’s easy to understand, but what’s really happening is that there are just groups of similar things happening with the dice (4 come out 7’s for example). We see it all the time, and I call these “Clusters”

Learn to win at craps with your powers of analysis and applying simple measures to capitalize on those good groups or clusters of rolls that you’re looking for. It can be as simple as aggressive bet leveling when it’s going your way, and backing way off when it’s not.
