Double Win Roulette Strategy – Inspired by @Mister Rafael star 2.0 roulette strategy

This roulette strategy is called the double win system. It is a variation of Rafael’s star 2.0 roulette strategy which I believe can be used on most even bet games like baccarat and blackjack. I have modified this system to be used with a neighbouring bet of 8 which is 17 numbers.
