AUSTRAC launches action against casino operator SkyCity

Financial crime regulator AUSTRAC is suing casino operator SkyCity over allegations of “serious and systemic non-compliance” with Australia’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism laws.

The Australian’s Jared Lynch has discussed the Federal Court action with Sky News Australia.
