Star Wars RPG – March 9th 2022 – Shootout at the Queen of Air and Darkness

Gambler and drunkard Rem Chanceux is brought to the legendary Queen of Air and Darkness casino ship. After entering, he meets Katira Eve and Callen who enter into sabacc match against some high rollers in the back. Rem takes all while Katira takes some – namely Rem’s lightfoil. Confronting her after the match, they are interrupted by the band playing a Life Day hit. With everyone around them dancing, Katira and Callen use that as cover to move closer to the wanted Skiv Skiv brothers who have a 60,000 credit bounty on their heads.

Suddenly, the casino’s MC staggers out from the back and in short order, a large number of soldiers appear from the backroom to rob the place. Seemingly aware of this robbery attempt, a large number of the crowd gathered is ready for them. In the ensuing firefight, the entire group, including Salamankowitz and a Twi’lek bartender, are able to sneak outside. As Salamankowitz moves towards his ship, it explodes and mortally wounds him however the bartender is able to stabilize him. Heading back to Katira and Callen’s ship, the see Wampa waiting for them who has protected their ship from would-be saboteurs. Boarding the Crucible II, they head out to claim the bounty on the Skiv Skiv brothers.
